One of the key activities is to strengthen the capacities of local authorities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), entrepreneurs and other relevant stakeholders, in order to enable sustainable cooperation in the protection and conservation of the biodiversity of the Neretva Valley. Through the working group, we want to develop the "Guidelines for the Conservation of the Biodiversity of the Neretva Valley", which will serve as a basis for future actions and initiatives in this area.

The aim of the workshop is to bring together relevant and interested stakeholders who are involved in, or can contribute to, the improvement of the joint management of the natural values ​​of the Neretva Valley. The focus will be on identifying activities and their priorities, including key implementing institutions and organizations, as well as setting implementation indicators and time and financial frameworks for the action plan of the Guidelines.
