LAG sessions in Herzegovina-Neretva Canton
After first session in Mostar, two more sessions for the key stakeholders will be organized in Neum.
Municipality of Neum is associated partner in COASTRUST project and only city in Bosnia and Herzegovina at Adriatic coast.
Sessions will be opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for effective management of the pilot area: Neretva Delta and Adriatic Coast with the emphasis to the natural resources and its sustainable use, preservation of biological diversity and restoration of degraded areas. Also, it aims to encouraging stakeholder cooperation, building partnerships between public authorities, local communities and other stakeholders in order to developing a common strategy for managing coastal areas and implementing coastal stewardship as a management model.
