4th European GREEN Conference – GREEN 2026 was held from 26 to 29 May 2026 at Hotel Olympia SKY in Vodice, Croatia. The event successfully brought together scientists and experts from diverse fields, highlighting the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to addressing the challenges of climate change, environmental protection, and the implementation of sustainable development guidelines.
Within the framework of GREEN 2026, the GREEN Project Zone was designed to give leaders and collaborators of scientific and professional projects the opportunity to present EU-funded projects in a multidisciplinary environment. This section provided a platform for disseminating results, exchanging knowledge, engaging stakeholders, and fostering new collaborations and project ideas.
The COASTRUST project was presented within the GREEN Project Zone by the project partner, Office of The Prime Minister of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton Government, providing an opportunity to showcase the project’s main goals and activities related to the sustainable management and protection of coastal areas. Scientists, experts and professionals working in the fields of climate change, environmental protection and sustainable development were introduced to the COASTRUST project, its objectives and ongoing activities aimed at strengthening the resilience and sustainable governance of coastal regions.
